As an attorney myself from New Jersey, I was pleased to find William Simon of Simon and Schneider, Pllc, Attorneys at Law, to represent me in my purchase of a house in Hunter, New York. It was clear from the onset that Mr. Simon and his assistant, Kelly, are extremely knowledgeable in NY real estate matters, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. I will certainly use their services in the future for any Green County legal matters I may have and will recommend them to friends and colleagues without hesitation.

This is in response to Natalie Matz's review - our office declined to represent you as a client because you engaged in abusive and harassing practices. Furthermore, you lied several times - not the least of which was that you were an attorney yourself - which made our office staff uncomfortable and raised ethical concerns. One only need to look up your history to see that you have given one star reviews to four other attorneys within the past year. It is apparent that our office is not the only law firm that has declined your business.

Sarah Schneider was a huge disappointment. She was rude, talked over us, demanded $350 for a simple return which we gave her prior to a conference call. There were many dates that we offered to set up the conf call and it took over a month because once she received payment her schedule became extremely busy.nnAt the time of the conference call she asked me not to speak she had to follow phar script and protocol. She asked me who I was leaving my only asset to I told her. I then said but my pets are to be cared for by .... she quickly interrupted me and said this was no longer a simple return. In her office a simple return requires everything left to once person basically she wanted to write up a paragraph for $350.nnMy friend who recommended her through another person felt terrible for referring her. He has been working for ABC World News in Manhattan for Uber 20 years and was appalled by her hnprofessionalism and demeanor.nHe called to speak to her and she told her secretary to tell him she didn’t want to speak with him to tell him she would refund the $350.nnMy friend told her assistant He would be forced to tell the colleague of his who recommended her that she was a big 'disappointment' and he would make sure that word of her weak practice be spread from Hunter to NYC, so that no one would have to go through what we did.nnUse anyone else, but this firm. Greedy lawyers make their mark again in this pleasant town. LisannIf I could put no star I would !
