Had a lot of bad luck at big name dealers so I figured I would try local. Pellegrino not only showed better quality in work, but had way more of a family friendly environment! Brian Jackson felt more like a friend than a sales man, easy to talk too, and made sure my 2013 Honda Crv was ready before I even test drove the car, and I was more than pleased! Brand new brakes all around, car was clean, tires had many miles left and the car was as healthy as a horse! I would recommend Pellegrino Sales to anyone who's looking for a quality used car! Sales Dept does what the can to help you get into a new vehicle. But the warranty they sell is nothing to be impressed with. There service department needs major improvements. Have taken my vehicle back a few times fir the same issue and keep getting told nothing is wrong it. Finally get fed up with the run around and take it to another garage thinking I’ll have to pay just the $100 deductible my warranty have. The a big NEGATIVE. Now I’ll be paying over $700 out of my own pocket to fix things that they refused to take care of. Some extended warranty they charged me $4,000 for.

My wife and I were in bad shape with our only car. They worked with us and we ended up with what I consider to be a wonderful vehicle. They gave us more for our trade in than I thought we would get. The price I'm paying is a bit higher than I'd like but it still works in my budget. At the same time what we got is well worth it. All in all the process went well and was a better experience than other dealerships I've been to.
