Hello all, This was our 3rd year with EG Tax Batavia office, we requested Collin as we had a new twist that could have cost us thousands if we didn't use the best. Collin was absolutely amazing he knew his tax law and how they were applicable to our specific situation. I never thought i would say or even write a review about having my taxes being done, this was different. Collins professionalism, honesty, fact finding tax lesson, saved us from making any mistakes and found every tax code available to us, everything i read on the internet was wrong, But EG Tax & Collin was spot on !!!! and why we will never go anywhere else. My online appointment failed to register properly, but after a phone call, they were able to accommodate me later in the day due to a cancellation. Prompt service overall with the tax professional when I was seen for the appointment.
