Great receptionist to be at your service when needed and the father son lawyer system seems to work in this law office as a calm and peaceful environment! I'd like to see more lawyers like this in our community and it's too bad the law gaurdian situations the way it is and there's not really a lot of options bc the one we have to choose from seems to be sexist and doesn't care to much about the children she looks at the money aspect and doesn't follow guidelines. Too bad she couldn't be like Kevin Nichols or think about children instead of money... It's too bad our county is this corrupt, But the state first notice and won't help.

I agreed to 1 one year conditional discharge with the understanding it would be off my criminal record in a year that's not the case. After I agreed to just a 1 year c.d the judge then 2 minutes later hits me with a 3 year abstain and refrain which wasn't apart of me plea deal. He didnt get my charges reduced . every time i tried to ask him a question in court he said we will talk about it later. I had recordings that would prove my innocence but he didnt even want to listen to them . hes hard to reach wont tell you much . I dont get in trouble often but i had better luck with a public defender. Oh and he didnt even tell me i waived my rite to an appeal

Mr. Nichols was extremely knowledgable with a ticket I received November 2016 in St. Lawrence County. I was busy with schooling at the time of my court date, Mr. Nichols worked with my schedule and things were taken care of quickly. I highly suggest hiring Kevin, not only is he a great lawyer but also a great person.

I met Kevin in 2001~ Shortly after I was shot in a Domestic Violence attack in Madrid NY , 15 years ago~ The case was exhausting to endure for me as the then survivor. Kevin was so interested in the case we fought this case for years; like 8 of them before I was forced by nature to settle because between my disabilities and needs survival became essential and the system tries to wear you out and in my case was successful.
