Takes advantage of Trust money left to Disabled Elderly People, Dishonest attorney that will milk you clients hard earned cash.nThis firm goes against the deceased clients wishes and Full heartedly attacks a Trust set up for the Disabled elderly parents taking their Funds set aside for their care. Refused to Notify Disabled Elderly People, they were the sole inheritors of the trust and has for over 5 months depriving them of medical care and life's necessities . The POA had to go to court house to get a copy of will and Trust to find this out. On the deceased death bed POA was informed of Disabled Elderly Parents were the benefactors to the Trust. Attorney was personally Notified of POA and Conservatorship Guardianship papers were Hand delivered to Them, shortly after death, Trust are set up to bypass probate and are Immediately payable to beneficiaries. The attorney said everything has to be in writing and is pulling a scam with trying to get a MO court involved in a NY case with a NY active NY POA One of the beneficiaries is on hospice in home care and attorney is refusing to pay his care bills, Trust is a cash trust with plenty of money in it to take care of both parents. The other is in a low income housing living off of food pantry's and free church meals without enough gas money to see her failing husband , She needs dental and eye work that this attorney is refusing to provide care for them. ,the ABUSE goes on and is against NYS laws.. RUN FROM HER AND THIS LAW FIRM....They will all so break HIPPA laws and talk to people without signed consulting forms. This is against NYS laws and Federal laws.
