Malone NY has the best McDonald's I have been to. Drive through staff is always super nice and wait time is minimal. Since I had been on the road for 4 hrs I also used their restroom, which was the cleanest I have been in! Good job employees!!
Inconsistent. Sometimes my food is piping hot and other times it’s served to me already cold. They do have good customer service. Any time my food does get messed up, they’re more than happy to fix it, but it does get messed up frequently.
I go to McDs for the coffee, will get a biscuit or fritter on occasion. You must use the app for deals, but the coffee is excellent, and inexpensive. Sorry Dunkin (too much cream), and Starsucks ($$$), McDs for me.
Services was great and despite covid drive thru only.it was still fast and high quality service.
Last couple times service is slow but the food is fresh so it's worth waiting.
