I wouldve given 5 stars except most of the time my boyfriend or myself are shopping (several times a week) we both are followed around like we are stealing. I have my children with me,and we've never stolen anything but yet we are treated like we have. Other than that most employees are very sweet.

Kinda sad that a pharmacy doesn't enforce the mask policy that's posted all over the store. September 1st at about 1:45 a woman at the counter was digging thru candy, spitting while she talked and borrowed the cashiers pen, no mask on, nobody telling her to put one on and with 40-something new cases of covid in the county this week most of which occurred real close in Dunkirk. On top of that this place is such an inconvenience, the coolers are ALWAYS broken and the pharmacy (computer and employees) are constantly giving people issues.

I used a different Rite Aid for years with no issues, switched to this one when I moved and have problems every month with my prescriptions getting filled. If you don't mind going back 4-6 times a month to get your prescriptions that they can't fill correctly then this is the pharmacy for you.
