Wish I could give this location 0 stars. Customer service is horrible and the sliding door constantly doesn't work leaving disabled customer no other option than to go All the way around the entire store and walk through the drug addicts and pot heads that they allow hang around the front entry!!! The owners of ubaul really need to manage this location better!!
Reliable, and if you need boxes to pack you stuff, they have them ready. You need to be careful, sometimes they give old cars to the customers. Nevertheless, they care for their customers.
Very Speedy Service > Great Customer Service by Counter Ladies... guys on yard were very helpful...both put up with annoying rude customers .....had my rental available and ready to go.
Very up to date in regards to the rental of vans and trucks. Photos, rental can be done thru the app or you can go online or in person. Very helpful. Everything you need to move can be purchased there. But beware of the for hire helpers they are a motley group.
Nice and organized, clean and great communication getting the van. Will definitely be back next time.
