Front gate wasn’t working. Bringing things in there through the ramp and front gate not open is a pain I wouldn’t like to the deal with everyday. The floors on the second floor are worse than the NYC streets pot holes and I didn’t enjoy bringing my stuff to my storage unit which were all the way at the end on the opposite side of the elevator.. luckily I didn’t had that many things to make my easily one trip two trips , but the associate was very helpful and courteous, he help me in a professional manner and I was able to somewhat enjoy my experience because of Jeffrey..
Jeffrey was extremely helpful. Never hesitated when it came to answering my questions...he was awesome with helping me switch my unit. Amazing customer service!
