What can I say?.....if you need storage, here it is! Clean facility and friendly service, and locally accessible by subway or bus. Trucks for rentals are plentiful. Not as cheap as some places, but you get what you pay for.....and here, it's the service.
Fast pace
It takes a while to reach someone over the phone, but they have always been extremely helpful! I had a difficult move to do on short notice and the manager (I think Mickey was his name?) took care of everything for me. Arranged for pickup and delivery of my stuff with honest movers in under 36 hours for a good price. Thanks!
The customer service in reserving the van over the phone was excellant. The Customer Service rep at the counter was extremely nice, friendly & diligent. I am pleased with the outcome of my renting a U-Haul van to finally resolve my vacating my Bronx storage unit. It all worked out fine.
Lady at counter not customer friendly. The truck was dirty inside. Nothing had been wiped down or sprayed for covid. Guy out back washing what looks like a personal vehicle. Ordered a hand truck, guy left it beside truck did not load. Trash was inside truck. Horrible experience. Will not refer anyone!!
