Great experience with LIFE STORAGE and their team. First rented a space in their Boston Rd location because it's so close to my home. I then needed another space for my mother. I mentioned it to Jenny the Store Manager. When I told her that my Mother lives by Hunts Point, she recommended this store. Jenny made all the accommodations needed to make my mom's move esay. i came here on march 22 2021 there was a young African American young lady she is the sweetest person and so polite i wanted to give her a hug when i was finished on how kind and polite she was besides the rest of the staff i had in counters with were also very polite this is a place to go if you want to be treated properly and with respect

When I went in the 1st time to reserve the space JAY assistance was AWESOME!nThen when I moved (after waiting 5 hours for the movers) into my unit NANETTE was a AMAZING she guided me thru the online application!nI think I will be enjoying my space with LIFE STORAGE !!
