Space is perfect for my needs, loading and unloading was easy with use of their carts. The people at the desk were professional and answered all my questions. Ivy provided outstanding customer service. I took advantage of their offer for a free truck and driver for two hours. Benny- the truck driver arrived on time, and I was done with my move (to storage) in under an hour. Would recommend.
Great customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Venue was very clean and well taken care of as well!!
Not very nice!nMy old man passed away from covid and they had no compassion, we had the storage for about a year, never late on a payment and because my old man used to pay for it (eventhough they had my email and my phone number) they told me I had to take our stuff out although I offered to continue to pay! Take the stuff out but get a new one! No sense!
The price starts fine and within 3 months you are paying $20 more and from there they keep raising the price often. I started paying $98 in 2017 and 3 years later dec. 2020 they are charging $163. It’s ridiculous. I moved out.
The service at CubeSmart was 'phenomenal'. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, smooth, and professional. The manager Ivy answered all questions I had regarding rates and gave recommendations to minimize costs, efforts, and space from obvious past experience. I would recommend this CubeSmart to anyone who has had bad experiences with other storage facilities in the past.
