My experience with Prime Storage was great! The customer service rep that helped me was Angie. She was very polite, professional, and thorough. The building was very clean and organized. I recommend Prime Storage to anyone who needs a storage unit.

If you click on my name you'll see that I'm very selective with my reviews so I hope this review does justice to my experience.nnZe wife aka boss lady and I decided to look for a storage. After speaking with the manager and shown the type of storage we were looking for, I felt confident that we found the right place. The reasons why I'm very happy with my experience are listed below:nn1. communication was great (the amount of information we got was sufficient)n2. professionalism is up to parn3. cleanliness and safety were emphasized by words and actions. *You know a business is well managed when a manager himself is doing the cleaning while giving the utmost confidence to his subordinates to do the administrative task.n4. the process and paperwork was seamless.nnFor a location that is pretty shady (backwoods of Zerega), I felt very confident that our property will be well taken care. I grew up in Kingsbridge so I've earned the right to determine which areas in the BX is shady or not-get off my nuts.

Got a storage unit today and I have to thank Angie for all her help. I originally thought I was going to need a 5x5, but when I told her I needed a bigger unit that's exactly what I got. Staff is so helpful, friendly and kind. Juan and Angie where in the office when I came in and the both were really friendly and helpful.I definitely recommend this storage company to anyone who needs it.
