I will recommend this storage location. I worked directly with Margo she was very attentive and charismatic. She made sure I was fully knowledgeable when it came to the prices and storage units based on my needs. I look for forward to interacting wifhher in the future.
Top notch customer service. Most places slack on customer service during these crazy times and blame it on the pandemic conditions, but not this place. It was great customer service before the pandemic, and STILL great customer service now. There's a worker by the name of Crystal who always makes you feel like you're the most important customer in the world, and that counts for a lot. I don’t feel like just a number. I highly recommend this place. A+
The service was good! Crystal was very helpful and patient when helping me get situated with my unit. Everyone is very attentive and pleasant. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
I had such a great experience with Margo, she was so helpful and communicative when I went to the storage center. She helped me get set up and explore the best options, happy I had the opportunity to work with her. Would highly recommend.
