It was my first time storing a space here & Majick came to greet me. I told him what i would be storing and he gave me suggestions as to what i may need. He was informative and helpful because he showed me the space i felt was the best for me. The process was quick i even bought this damp check that will allow me to have a clean smelling room , the building was clean overall too. Thanks again for you professional assistance.
Laurence was wonderful! Excellent customer service! The site itself was sparkling clean and very well organized. Check in was on my phone so there is absolutely no waiting time. I wanted to switch lockers Laurence made it happen in under 60 seconds I would definitely recommend this place staff is friendly and professional a great experience.
Amy was excellent in assisting my mom and me in finding the right storage unit and size for us! She was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. We were grateful to have had her as she was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable.
One name. Majick. This gentleman was exceptional in helping me not only figure out how it all works from accessing my unit to how the process goes. Even went as far as helping me to get my belongings into my unit. Very respectful, well mannered and knowledgeable. Made my first ever storage experience, Amazing. Thank you!
I made a reservation to store because I am moving from North Carolina . Majick greeted me with a warm welcome over the phone which convinced me to come down to see what the property is like . He was really helpful & have great suggestions for my storage needs. The building is overall clean i was satisfied with his service because it made me feel like they go above & beyond to keep our things safe. He is a kind gentleman who was nice enough to show me around & made me feel secure with storing my things. Thank you again !!
