Luby, was such an amazing person. She was on her lunch break and still took the time to help me out. Once her lunch was over she showed me around until I found a storage size that fit my needs. I highly recommend this location. Such an amazing experience.
Lubby took great care of my Mother and I. The space was clean and security is up to date, which is what caught my eye in the first place. I wasn't thrilled when I reviewed my recepeit and saw I had been charged a pro-rate for the last two days of August, (if I had known that I would've returned on the 1st), and there was also an administration fee. Overall, I appreciated Lubby's attentiveness, customer service, and down to earth sense of humor. She knew everyone who walked in the door, and that gave me a sense of reassurance; that even in an area where everyone kind of goes about their business and does their own thing, communal atmosphere's still exist.
I only gave 4 stars because I found the prices to be a little high. However, the professionalism of Rafael gets him 5 stars * * * * *.nHe was very thorough in his explanation of what's offered with the Safeguard company and made the visit feel like the right choice. I recommend this place for safe and secure storage.
