I wanted to leave this 5 star review for this place. I was in the process of trying to get access to my storage locker after I lost my keys. Stephanie was great! She took her time to help me get into my locker. The locker had a double lock that was extremely difficult to open. That did not stop her from trying and she got it open for me. I want to thank the staff for helping me and I look forward for more locker help in the future. They we're all very friendly and helpful.

Hi.nI’d like to say A few comments about public storage on Brush Avenue. Firstly the entire facility is kept immaculately clean the floors units themselves. On the morning that I walked in Alma was such a delight I’m not being partial is true. She help me all the way through the contracting show me all around how to operate security boxes it has been just a simple delight. My experience with Public Storage at Brush Ave in the Bronx is good especially because of an employee by the name of Alma. She helped me out in more ways than she ever knew. I informed her about a family matter and being such a caring person the situation was taking care of and made it one less thing for me to worry about. It’s not because of that situation but Alma is always a warm welcoming spirit when I do visit Public Storage which was a lot a few months back. Had an amazing experience finding the perfect space for my belongings. Tiffany not only helped me make the process as smooth as possible, but also saved me some money by showing me the actual space I needed. Would definitely recommend public storage.

The service I received was prompt,friendly an very helpful. I was served by a lovely lady named alma .nShe helped me find the right space for my needs an guided me through the whole process so I understood everything involved. She an the service of the faculty was amazing!! Would recommend to all!!
