After losing my apartment knowing I was going to be looking a while for a new place to stay I needed some storage space to place my stuff in. After looking around at places I ran into some with good prices but horrible customer service and some with good customer service but cost me an arm and a leg. Finally I walked into extra space storage in the Bronx and I got to say I never felt more at ease. Their prices for the space I got was fair but more so it was the exceptional customer care I’ve received from a young fellow named Kristian. Making sure I got the right size room for my stuff and didn’t get one too small or too large for the things I got was really helpful. Believe it or not most of the places I went to was not helpful in that way they just wanted to over charge me space I didn’t need to utilize. Kristian how ever wasn’t like that. Down to earth conversations, comforting transitions from normal conversations to sales conversations and back. There was never a time where I felt like I was on the middle of a transaction from the moment I got in there til the moment I left. Even then it didn’t stop. I left him my personal number need it be that something happened with the space and he called me roughly around a day later and remembered our conversation about my recent engagement to my soon to be wife and addressed to me some possible places to have some amazing dinner him being a New York Native. I heavily took his advice and had a great time. Please if you come into this location speak with Kristian he will definitely take care of you.
