I was amazed at the level of customer service when I first got there. The original unit I reserved was not what I was looking for and the woman there was able to figure out what I needed that will work for my business and at a cheaper rate than the other facilities. The hours of access are even better than the rest. Definitely glad I signed up. I highly recommend them.
Very Good Staff and Respectful Worker's.nIs Clean but lockers seem to Small for the Price but Worth it,, Due to I'm Disabled and My Locker is high from the floor to get I'n Myself,, and I Live just 2 Short blocks Away from it. I Do Recommend. There Very Responsible When You Report Any issues Related to your Unit.
There was a glitch in the confirmation but the young man at the site was super helpful and pleasant.
Liz beltran attended me over the phone and in person she made me feel comfortable to rent out a unit. she explained everything to me she was very nice and quick and answeredall my questionsand concerns. Facility was clean inside and out i will recommend .
Taking the loading dock out for 2 more units is not a great idea. Thank you Eric! For taking the time to reach out and speak with me. I have been a customer here for years and have also recommended this storage to countless individuals over the years. Eric explained to to me that the decision to change the loading dock is not a local management decision. I relayed the inform that from the point of view of a customer reducing or eliminating the loading dock is not I. The best interest of the clients who CHOOSE to store here. A lot of us come in big truck that will not fin in the smaller loading area at 112 bruckner Blvd. Eric and other employees have been great through out the years. This is not their fault although I know the local staff will hear it from the customers. Upper management has the last call and I employ them to make the right choice. Storage post will loose more clientele than what they will gain from the 2 extra units they installed at the loading dock. I hope they resolve this ASAP.
