I don’t usually write reviews bad or good when it’s not necessary. However, my experience at this location was far beyond satisfactory. I drove all the way from Philadelphia, PA to this location. There has been a recent family emergency, and I really thought this transition with storing the family’s belongings would be easy. 1. I couldn’t believe the parking situation in itself. From what I have seen, this is a busy location for it to have no parking available for their customers. Especially room for moving trucks, vans, etc. 2. I’m not too sure the new process of using a cart, but asking for my ID and NOT having one available isn’t it! I don’t understand why the employees wouldn’t know how much they have on hand or available at that moment. 3. The organization and communication between employees to customers need to be observed and coached to it in the moment.nThankfully I went to another location and THAT process with them went smoothly, friendlier and a lot more convenient.nHope there will be improvements soon!

Tanaysha was great and showed me many units to help me decide what best fit my needs for a very important construction project that I am involved with. Since I've rented the unit, I have been there about three times a week and everyone is very pleasant and super helpful. The location is perfect and the 6 Train is right there as well. Also the street parking is very good.

Very good customer service. I loved how the information aboutnPublic Storage was given to me and explained to me. Carla one of the associates there was very helpful and easy to talk too and knew the information well.
