The manger, Angie, was AMAZING. She helped make a very difficult time & move less stressful. ANGIE and her STAFF was so helpful. The facility is clean and well maintain. The storage units are excellently kept and functional. I would recommend this location to everyone.
Service is outstanding Lyz & Angie are great. I love the easy access. Cant complain I’ll be back for more and I will definitely recommend as many people as I can if I could give you a 10 star rating I would but unfortunately you only have five stars keep up the great work and thank you for everything
I'd been a Cube Smart customer since January 2020 and I'm just able get in to write this review. I must said, Ms Angie Caballero is such a caring person. She had comfort me during this transition of losing my home due to a fire and losing my father who had died in California. She allowed me to vent and cry without judgement. She has great customer service skills as well. She'd informed me of all my rights pertaining to becoming a Cube Smart customer. Ms Angie has still up to today, 11/25/2020 hasn't change of being courteous and providing service with a smile. Also Ms Liz Morales is very welcoming and friendly too. Great service, clean atmosphere and I truly will recommend coming to 1260 Water Place Cube Smart Storage.

Needed to rent a safe, clean, modest space to store that was close to home. From the minute I walked into 1260 Waters Place in the Bronx and was greeted by Manager, Angie C., I felt the ease of a great burden.
