Me and my wife got a unit yesterday at this facility and I couldn’t be grateful enough for the assistance by a manager named Kelsey. He was pleasant and very down to earth. He understood our need for storage right away and found us the perfect unit we needed as we are planning to relocate soon. He gave us a tour of the facility and let us know everything this location has to offer and as well as the loading areas we can access once we start to move. Your protection plan is awesome! Those were some of the questions me and my wife did have to ask so him clarifying all the details made renting with this location easy. I will refer all my friends and family. Thank you Kelsey!
I was able to get a rental at this property and I’m super grateful of that. My first unit was given away due to first come first serve which was okay as I still made it in to get my unit. Kelsey assisted me in getting the unit over the phone and helped me once I got to the property with my unit information, code, and gave me my lock keys. I highly recommend the location on 1037 Zerega Avenue. Wonderful great impression. I will tell my family and friends about this location.
I came here for the first time my experience was great. Kelsey helped me and my sister feel more than welcome and was very attentive. He provided information and helped is along the process of storing our household goods.
I went in to transfer to another unit. Paperwork Done in 5 minutes. Great staff, great facility. Great place to store your belongings. Great prices too.
The staff here is lovely. I was attended by bubbly Cecily. She was kind and patient. Definitely recommended it to all my family and friends. Super satisfied with the service and trust the facility with my things.
