If you need you to find a storage unit and want the nicest staff and cleanest space..do yourself a favor and go here and make sure to ask for Michelle. Thanks to covid, I had to move and gut out my apartment and I needed store lots of seasonal clothing and furniture. Going from a 4 bedroom to a 2 bedroom is no joke! Michelle was so compassionate and understanding, which I needed, especially during this time. Phenomenal customer service. Definitely the best in the BRONX.
Spoke to Michelle on the phone. She spoke respectfully to me. I had a lot of questions and she didn’t seem bothered. When I came in to set up my account for a storage she helped me all the way through. & the store was clean too. That’s a plus.
I love the friendly staff. The unit rental I 1st purchased was a tad small so the employee helped me switch and rent a new unit quick fast. The environment is friendly and clean. I would recommend this storage place to family and friends if need be.
The best storage in the USA hands down !!! The services is EXCEPTIONAL!! I am an out of town event designer who cater to NYC client and needed a place to store my items, a place where I can be 500 miles away and not be worried about my stuff and the Park Ave Extra Space Storage is exactly that.nEvery staff member I come across is super nice and pleasant, especially Adriane she is such a doll.nOh PLUS the space is always CLEAN !!nAppreciate you all.
