VERY good place to deal with. Everyone was helpful in explaining what was new on my blazer. I am 85 years old and was very impress with everyone there. Very clean and updated throughout building. Was treated with a lot of respect and I love my new Blazer. Traded A Traverse for this Blazer and it is GREAT. Have driven Chevrolet's since 1956. Jim and his team made the process of buying a car so easy. He was very time efficient during the whole process frok start to finish. He found exactly what we wanted, but gave us options as well. He delivered the vehicle right to our door with the license plates, registration, and insurance all handled. We signed all the paper work and the car was ours. He found a very competitive financing rate as well. Usually a stressful process that was actually very enjoyable. If we ever need a another car we will definitely be using Jim and Paul Brown Motors.
I rated dealership as a 10 for recommendation because I have already told two different people to give them a good look before going elsewhere.nI like the way they do business. No games to be played. They took things into consideration and came with a price for the deal I could only say, lets get it done. Very friend service, everyone had a smile and said hello, were able to provide honest opinions on my questions, and as I sat in the waiting room I was constantly updated on the work being done to my truck, definitely a five star operation!
