I had to give Mr. Bernace a 5 star review even though we lost the case. I had just started driving and was unfamiliar with the area, I was in a right turn lane right next to a McD and went straight and got a ticket for that. I contacted Mr. Bernace base on google reviews and he called me and gave me a free consultation, which was supposed to be 15 min but lasted 30 min. He explained the process of how the traffic court works and what my options are, PRIOR to my making any monetary commitment. One year later, I hired him for my court date. He sent me a very detailed email (due to covid the court session was digital) explaining exactly what the police officer had stated and what his counter arguments are. And he really tried to get that ticket dismissed at every possible angle. He is professional and honest! Unlike many other lawyers who made empty promises and asked for $500+, he straight up told me in NYC police officers do show up to court and it is difficult to get tickets dismissed. I still thought it was worth fighting the ticket despite the fact that there's no guaranteed outcome. Even though we didn't win, I have zero regret hiring Mr. Bernace. His service is impeccable in my opinion! Highly recommend this attorney!

Victor has gone above and beyond my expectations. 2017 was a bad year for me, receiving red light ticket and a speeding ticket back to back. I did alot of research and Victor prices couldnt be beat. For the price you are getting quality service. I can appreciate the straightforwardness and honesty. Victor made the proccess effortless. He always kept me up to date with how the proccess worked and was upfront with what can happen. But luckily he pulled a rabbit out the hat and had my two 3 year old tickets dismissed and I was found not guilty. Saving me Time ,Money and my peace of mind.
