I had 2 stressful closing on 2 properties one day after the other and Phil Napolitano. manage to pull it through. the communication is great the quality of there work is is professional. The secretary Rosie was wonderful she was on top of my closing every step of the way, and gave me good communication response. Mr. Napolitano kept me always updated and very polite. I highly recommend the law office of Phil Napolitano

I cannot say enough nice things about Phil and his staff!!! I have used Phil's services for over 10 years. Every time, he has steered me in the right direction for a very reasonable price all while providing excellent service with extreme attention to detail. Most recently, my wife and I were about to purchase our dream house but we had to sell our apartment first. We hit Phil and his assistant Shantel with this allowing very little notice. They assured us they would be able to accommodate us and took care of both transactions. They took the time to go over all paperwork and ensure we were made aware of all everything detailed in the contract. But what made this even more impressive was the fact they were able to conduct business as usual during this unprecedented time of a pandemic. Phil provided services every step of the way in a timely, proficient manner. We are so grateful to them for handling the biggest purchase of our life. Phil is awesome!! Honestly we all know the hassle of closing on any real estate deal and the financials that go into it, however on the day of closing his fee was the only thing I was more then happy to pay, I will never use another real estate lawyer except for him when it comes to the New York Tri- State area! His experience and knowledge is worth more then his fee! Thank you again Phil we will be seeing you in the future !

Shantel and the rest of the Phil Napolitano team exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the overall professionalism, responsiveness, patience, and most important; knowledge of the process. The whole legal sale process of the property was explained thoroughly for me to understand. The price point of the services was extremely reasonable for all the work which was done.
