So when I was interested in a vehicle that I came across to this location. I had reached out on trying to obtain it. Had spoken with Omar which he is a great person to talk to. Had left a deposit for the vehicle and went on with my business. Because of my situation changed from my first visit at the dealership, I was with open arms on getting my deposit return. Maybe in the future when I move back from my new residence, I will definitely reach out if a vehicle come in mind.
Would not recommend this auto group at all . The employees are very nice people. The owner sold me a Ford Fusion 2014 with the engine messed up, the sun roof not work, the car was dirty in the inside. He kept promising me to fix the car. I took his word for it and the car been in and out the shop within one month and it finally shut down on me. He gave me a hard time and gave me attitude and did not give me any options. I missed out of work for a month due to no transportation. Called the cops on me and the cops told him he is wrong for selling me a messed up car and finally canceled my contract and gave me PARTIAL of my money that I put down.
The staff at chase auto group is the best. They made sure they held the car I wanted, detailed and a extra key. I definitely recommend this place.
I came not knowing if I was going to get a car. I got a 2016 Volkswagen Passat, great crew, no gimmicks, price as advertised. I will recommend this dealership to all my friend.
