Excellent customer service. Just leased my second car at this location. Chris Flynn, Iona College Alumni, was very good at getting me what I wanted. I checked out two other dealerships in the area and nobody came close to Miles Subaru. Nick the finance person was not pushy but fair. I highly recommend Milea Subaru.

Leased a car for my mother, Chris and team made the experience very seamless and enjoyable. His understanding and patience of everything was very helpful and appreciated. I will likely purchase another car from this dealership and sales person in a few months.nnOnly slight issue we occurred was some of the items listed for the car were missing/damaged, but they addressed it nonetheless and all is well.

Both times I dealt with Chris Flynn (sales) and Nick Reina (finance).nnChris is a complete gentleman. He’s kind, thoughtful, and an overall pleasure. He goes that extra mile to make your buying experience stress free and you walk out of there feeling confident about your buyingndecision.nnNick is sharp. He’s thorough and makes sure you understand all benefits associated maintenance plans, Gap insurance..... He doesn’t pressure you into buying anything extra. He just makes sure you know your options. It’s evident that he maintains passion for what he does.nnI wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and both aforementioned individuals.

My husband and I went to buy a new Subaru Forester . Engin was our sales consultant and he was terrific at explaining the car and all the details. Very pleasant and not a bit pushy as some sales people can be. Nick , the general manager signed off on the deal and was very helpful with warranties and coverage etc. We are quite pleased.

Both the sales and service departments at Milea Subaru are excellent! All of the staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and truly devoted to making sure their customers have a wonderful experience. I have purchased multiple cars from this dealership and have also had my cars serviced here as well, and I refuse to go to any other dealership because I know that the service here is unparalleled. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to all!
