Awesome customer service! They were super busy tonight and the guy working the cash register thing was clearly stressed, but still he did an awesome job with communication and they got our order out way fast and even let us add a salad to our order. Mad respect for the workers there! 5/5 (kinda wish they did better with mask wearing)
The staff at this dominos are seriously the best. I work graveyards at a group home so typically we can’t get out to make a food run until after 11. We have to pick up big orders and these guys always get it done, always perfectly, and they always have an amazing attitude!! If anyone knows how to leave a tip online please let me know because their crew is always great.
The pizza was good, as usual from Dominos. However, none of the employees were wearing masks and we picked our pizza up during the heart of the COVID-19 pandemic. My wife and I wore a mask when we went in and the cashier got frustrated with us because he said he couldn’t hear us. We did not take off our masks (especially because he was not wearing one) and were certainly loud enough for him to hear. No need for him to get angry because we want to stay safe. Poor customer service.
Worst service ever! We came to the restaurant bc we needed to get fast somthing to eat. Fist of all, cashier told us that waiting time for order is about one hour AFTER we paid. Secondly, after 1h 25min of waiting, I ask if our pizza was ready because it should be ready half an hour ago and still no info (not at order list visible at place) - the answer was :"already prepared". I needed to ask him AGAIN if he would be so kind and give me the pizza. At first, he cannot find it and after couple of minutes he gave me devastated box with almost cold pizza and said “oh, here it is”. wth? If we weren't hungry af I would return it and request my money back!
Best Dominos I’ve ever ordered from! Their staff is friendly, their pizza is amazing, and the delivery is fast!
