Another great experience at BMW! I am always treated professionally and with respect by every person I interact with at BMW of South Albany. Larry, my service advisor, is both genuine and professional. My sales experience at this dealership a year ago was equally fantastic. It is so refreshing to deal with a luxury brand but not feel like you are in a stuffy, unwelcoming environment. Please, keep up the great work!

I have always enjoyed my car buying and the vehicle maintenance experience at BMW of South Albany. The sales and service staff are of exceptional quality and very professional. The conduct, demeanor and professionalism of the dealership is notable. Purchased a used car several months ago, and I would say I am very happy with my decision. Going in to test drive a vehicle was an easy stress free experience, and everyone I dealt with was very friendly. When I returned several days later to purchase the car Wayne and the rest of the team were helpful and answered questions honestly. They even allowed me to have the mechanics diagnose a sound coming from the car's heating system. Some of the paperwork ended up taking a bit longer to process, but in the end everything worked out fine. Overall I am extremely happy with the purchase, so far no issues at all and they did a great job detailing the vehicle. Buying a pre-owned car from BMW South Albany was a fantastic value compared to other local dealers offering the same model car.
