First off I want to say that Ashley was awesome!! She did such a good job on my lashes! I loved them and was so excited to go back for a refill 2 days before my wedding! However, I got a call the day before saying that Ashley was sick and had to cancel her appointment with me (completely understand). I needed them done that day because of my wedding and the only person that was available was Alicia. NEVER GO TO ALICIA!! I went back in for my refill and Alicia was not friendly at all! Rude actually! She was very rough with my eyes! But the worst part is that she basically glued the eyelashes to my eyelids!! My eyes lids were hot and sore after but I thought it was because she was so rough. That night was when the worst part hit! My eyes swelled up and were burning so bad!! I had to wait until the next morning to call and make an appointment to get them removed! Thankfully Monica squeezed me in the morning time! The soreness, redness, and swelling lasted for a week! Including ON MY WEDDING DAY!!! Turns out it was a chemical burn!!!! Eyes are such a sensitive part of us and Alicia doesn’t even seem to care that she could seriously hurt someone!! I can’t believe she is even allowed to do lashes!

If you'd like to book an appointment well in advance and have then cancel on you 2.5 hours beforehand, then I guess you're their ideal client. I'm not upset that my eyelash technician was sick - it happens . I'm irritated because they made no effort to accommodate me today or tomorrow with someone else. I'd planned to have lashes done before flying out to Miami Thursday evening, and instead of trying to move things around so I wasn't high and dry, the receptionist said "nope, sorry." I will never give them the opportunity to ruin my plans again.

I've been coming here for 2 years now, and I absolutely love the staff! Monica and Rex have always made me feel welcomed and pampered. The prices are very reasonable for such awesome services.

If i could give zero stars, i would. Monica is the most unprofessional business owner i’ve ever met. my family has purchased gift cards from this business (thousands of dollars worth) & she fired her staff so we chose to follow the eyelash tech we originally went to and asked for refunds... which a month later have yet to receive with promises of getting money orders in the mail. i have gone into the shop multiple times with nothing but excuses and attitude.. she even went to the extent on texting me after the visits in the salon and THREATENED me saying she would call the cops if I step foot in her salon again. I have gone to this salon for years and was disgusted by the way she talks to her PAYING, loyal customers. TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!
