Azteca Taqueria restaurant

Ordered for a GrubHub pick up one Saturday morning. I had the egg and cheese sandwich and added sausage. The bread was nice and fluffy, and I liked the Mexican cheese (instead of a typical American cheese for brekkie sammies), but there could have been a bit more sausage in there. My fiance had one of the 'Mexican breakfast' dishes - the Chilaquiles Verdes (served with rice, lettuce, 2 eggs, cheese, avocado and sour cream with choice of 1 meat - chicken, beef, pork carnitas, sausage or enchilada meat). We went with the enchilada meat, which was kind of tough. I know chilaquiles will be soggy but this was kind of just a soggy mess. It was almost like a tortilla soup. Also the avocados were an odd color - I didn't even realize they were avocados, I thought they were cooked green bell peppers at first. The flavor of the green salsa was good though.nnI think maybe breakfast is not their forte. But I would be willing to try some of the other many, many menu items here. Although sometimes, when the menu is too big, it's not a good sign. I guess there's only one way to find out!

Best tongue tacos on fresh corn tortillas! Good esquites too!

This place is amazing! Very authentic and the staff is amazing. The chorizo tostadas is my favorite it’s always served fresh. One my favorite places to eat. It definitely is a hidden gem. The staff is always so helpful and you can truly see how hard working they are they always try to make their customers happy.

Purchased chicken soup from here no tase I'm very surprised Mexicans don't cook like that. Very disappointed!!
