Cosmic Fischer Locks

Cosmic fischer installed cameras and access control in our headquarters (40 cameras and 8 door fobs). The whole process was simple, the communication was clear, and the installation professional. We highly recommend them for their expertise and quality.

Quickly fixed the lock, but clearly took advantage of a situation. Charged $700 fix a minor issue! I'd go somewhere else.

Cosmic Fischer made the entire process of changing a lock very easy, start to finish. I was impressed by their level of service and their professionalism.

Expensive and key duplicate keys don't work

I went here to get a brass key duplicated. The key cutter was not super friendly and sounded very condescending but did the job quickly and well.nnI asked him why the key cost $7—he smirked and said he matched the original brass “real” key blank to make sure it works correctly.nnHe wouldn’t bother fixing my Home Depot keys that didn’t fit correctly.nnI didn’t feel great when leaving the store because I thought I was overcharged and didn’t like the “old school” condescending tone—but went to another key duplication place and realized Cosmic Fischer was legit and price was right for midtown Manhattan.nnI would recommend this store for the locksmithing and key duplication. Don’t go expecting a friendly chat.nnI think the staff/owner could use some training on customer service and friendly communication. It would serve them well to survive as the mom and pop shop they ask us to protect.
