Her eyes display the need of gratitude, she preaches, teaches compassion

I came to Sattva Yoga seeking personal training. I was 2 months post-op pretty major foot surgery (I had a complete tendon tear!) and wanted to ease my way back into an exercise routine as an adjunct to physical therapy before returning to work. I did sessions with the owner, Karen, and she was a light in my healing! Each session felt like it was building on the previous and she supported me in progressively regaining my flexibility and stability. The most important thing to me was that she provided a safe space both physically and mentally. Sessions with her were very grounding and peaceful. I've never felt more of a body/mind connection with any other form of exercise! The space is also super clean and tidy. I highly recommend this studio

the reason that I am so so happy to be at Sattva is because I really really enjoy working out with Karen and I am happy and lucky to have her as a friend and as a teacher.
