When I joined these classes almost 3 weeks ago, I was simply focused on losing weight but now I thoroughly enjoy them as I also get to learn a very important skill apart from just burning calories. Both Vinh and Jerry put tremendous amount of energy into each session and even motivate us to eat right. What I love most is that since these are high intensity workout sessions, so we really get to push ourselves beyond our limits.

I first signed my younger brother up for Karate and he absolutely loves it. The team is super friendly and is handling practices with extra caution due to COVID-19. My sister and I started kickboxing and have only been going for the past two weeks but we love it here! Special shout out to Master Vinh and Jerry who are both very patient and helpful. It's always fun going to class!!

We had an amazing, memorable 5th birthday party for my daughter at the Central Ave location. Everything was done for us - set up/clean up, the colorful balloon decorations were perfect! The team had non-stop fun activities for almost 30 kids for 2 WHOLE HOURS!!!! It was awesome to see all the kids having so much fun! Best part was when my daughter cut her cake with a Samurai sword!! This is the best deal for birthday parties around! Highly recommend!
