I have been with Adele’s Body and Brain program for several years now. She has given me a sense of contentment. Whether learning to meditate or breathing to feel inner calm, she explains how it is a process which you allow to unfold. It’s a way of life. It involves a chemistry of mindful awareness. Adele, helps her students become aware of their Chakras, bringing forth a flow of energy to help with both physical and emotional challenges. Her instructions include; Yoga, Korean Tai-Chi, and Qigong and Tapping for healing the body. I personally enjoyed the drumming sessions where we get to express our emotions, reduce stress, lower blood pressure and boost immunity! Adele’s Body and Brain teaches us the empowering feeling of being in the present moment while expanding our life energies. --- Helen

These classes have changed my life! I'm in my 50s and I do spinning, but I also wanted to find something that helped with balance and flexibility. The tai chi/yoga classes help with that and more. I feel more centered, stronger and more positive in general. Adele is a great teacher and the cost s of the classes are very reasonable. Thanks BBYTC!

I have a had a great experience during covid learning from Adele. She was able to hold classes in a park setting with fresh air and distanced students so we were all comfortable. Yoga body and brain is very relaxing and helpful. I have learned alot and will continue classes. This has helped me cope with the stress of real life during covid.nThank you for having me be a part of relaxing experience

I have been taking online classes with Adele for a few weeks now. I really like it because it's a good workout, it's very calming, and it's fun. I would definitely recommend it!
