Will ever purchase a car from here or another of their representatives again. I’ve been waiting over 2 months for my title for my car and all they do is keep telling me it’s DMV’s fault because of COVID. I don’t believe there is that much of a delay anymore. When you go to the location, no one is ever there. The entire process has been horrible. Definitely not worth it.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Never but from here. They are disorganized and unprofessional.

Came here got a great deal at Spool Motors. Would recommend to all my friends and family. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Very polite, honest, and straight forward guys. They even offered to deliver the car to my house all the way in NYC!
Wonderful experience. Didn't even need to negotiate because the price was very favorable. Also appreciate the good advice and tips I got from the salesman about interest rates, warranty, and servicing. Pleased to make this purchase and will buy from Spool Motors again.
