The staff really are the best of the best. I got my unit with them after helping a friend move because they were just so friendly and helpful. I have always been greeted like family whether over the phone or in person. The facility is so clean and secure and absolutely the first place I recommend to anyone looking for quality service and storage.

Great storage facility. Staff were always wonderful and helpful even during stress of covid-19 virus. I wanted my belongings safe; only didn't expect dust and had to clean exposed items although I had cleaned them before storage, but my things were safe and only dusting to reuse. Thank you so much to Caroline and all for your great service.
We just started renting at this facility and chose it based on all of the great reviews. We went in to sign the paperwork and the manager Caroline went above and beyond to give us a tour of the facility, gave us the unit in the size we reserved closest to the elevator, and walked us through all of the paperwork step by step to make sure we understood everything. The facility is very clean, secure, and well priced but what really sells it is the staff and the fantastic customer service.
