Continuous delayed openings. If you order food at 11am to be ready by 3pm they will make it at 1105 and let it sit. Orders are 50/50 if they are accurate.nnApparently they don't allow walk up orders anymore. You have to order using the app so don't expect to eat anytime soon if your going to the store.
We go here fairly often and while the pick up time usually ends up a little later than requested, its understandable based on the large volume of orders they get, and the quality of the food always makes up for it. Unfortunately today my wife's burrito had something on it spicy enough to blister her tongue. We called the store and they were very quick to correct the issue and make up for the mistake. I really appreciate how the person on the phone handled the issue and it even made it hard to stay mad about it haha. Thank you chortle of dover.
Horribly slow when ordering online. Third time in a row my food was more than 30 minutes beyond the estimated pick-up time, which is completely ridiculous. Never order here if you're slim on time, you will be consistently disappointed. Go downtown and order something better.
If you want fast friendly Mexican food this is the place for you. This place is very popular and busy most of the time but they are very Fast and the food is fresh.
This is consistently the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. One day it’s online only the next it’s in person only. On the off chance I get a burrito that’s wrapped it’s usually leaking with rips or it’s just full or cheese and that’s it. Save yourself and just go to the Newington Chipotle.
