What makes this park is the tower. So I'm rating the tower. Breath taking views though people (likely teenagers) have tagged it tremendously. High enough to see the town but not too high. Maybe in the summer when all the ice melts and it's possible to play in the grass, there's more to the park.

It's a nice little park. Alot of green space, couple of tables, small playground. Main attraction is the tower. You have to make it to the top, view that goes forever.
