This was my second purchase of a Subaru Impreza from Craig at Tri City Subaru. Once again, the process was informative and painless! He was able to go over with me the best options for my budget, and I left a happy customer! I look forward to going back in another 3 years to purchase another vehicle through Tri City! And a shout out to Patty in leasing services, she was so helpful in outlining the lease vs buy options for me!

I made an appointment to go test drive cars & ended up buying a brand new Subaru Impreza! Jim was so helpful & straightforward. There were no games, they listened & followed through. Easily the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had! I highly recommend Tri City Subaru, everyone was great- Jim is the best!

Car buying isn't always easy. Tri City Subaru is a real game changer, they are excellent. The whole team --- internet sales, office sales, finance, and GM were absolutely the best. Our salesman, Craig Enslin, was ever so helpful in explaining the technology in our new 2021 Outback. He's a real go to guy when you're looking for a new car. I also have to add, we did everything outside in February. Great dealership with great employees. Thank you Tri City Subaru.

Great Friendly service last Saturday.. My 2020 Subaru had a warranty issue that subara service took care of . Let me use a loaner car for the afternoon and also found my dirty cabin air filter and replaced it. Thank you for great Friendly service.

I bought a used 2017 Forester 2 months ago and I am still glad I bought it. That's the best kind of review right? No regrets. My salesperson, Brian Santos, listened to what I wanted and helped me patiently find what I needed. It was probably 2 months from the my first visit in July to purchase in September. I really appreciate the transparency and quick communication from Brian.
