What an amazing experience at Tri City Subaru right from the start. I spoke with Patty McSharry on the phone and via email and she was awesome. She was knowlagable and pressure free and made me feel comfortable instantly. When I was asked to show at the dealership she transferred me to deal Brian,nalso an awesome salesman who was equally nice and made you feel very comfortable right from the start. Brian Santos was also very knowledgeable about there vehicles and very easy going. My favorite part about this experience was not once did I feel pressured about anything, including when I sat down with financing. It was a no pressure amazing experience and now I wouldn't shop anywhere else for a Subaru!
This place is just awful.. absolutely terrible... avoid at all cost.. they will overcharge you and treat you like a peasant. I’ve been a long time Subaru owner for years, and never have I had such horrible customer service.. I will never do business with this branch ever again..
