I am so impressed with this location! I made an appointment with them for my exaughst which I was intending to be very expensive.. and take a long time. The man I spoke with on the phone was very professional, I dropped my car off thinking that it would take hours to do the next day, someone from the shop called me right at my appointment time to go over what needed to be done and the cost which to my surprise was very affordable - he Also gave me a discount on my oil change! I was anticipating needing a ride to work because in the past it would take days to fix. so I asked what time my car would be done and he said an hour and a half! I got a call at exactly an hour and a half that my car was done! Wow! What a great service! Thank you! I will be back!
Since moving to Atkinson we’ve used Meineke for our state inspections. We book online easily, and they are always available as schedule and fast. They are also professional and friendly would recommend! Lastly, they left a nice note for my husband thanking him for his service it was a nice touch. Thank you!
The owners have always been great to deal with. Their mechanics have almost always been professional and knowledgeable (nobody's perfect). Three of the best mechanics in the world work there. I have never been disappointed.
Awesome guys, same day appointment for an inspection and exhaust replacement. Took them less time and less money than they quoted me. Both guys I dealt with were wicked polite and seemed grateful for the business. I’d do business with them again, no brainer.
Had an inspection done here, after not being able to get in with my mechanic and in a time crunch. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and although I didn’t pass because of my rear breaks (which I told them my husband should be able to do) They told me to come back and they will check them and give me a sticker. No pressure to get me to use them. Just kind, professional service. I will probably return when it’s time for my next oil change
