Dawn at RightSpace was wonderful. We rented the unit a few weeks ahead of our move. At the last minute, we realized that we needed more space. A call to Dawn and we were all set. The second unit was waiting for us when we arrived on Sunday. My only issue is that I wish that there was a bathroom available off-hours. But all went well. Very pleased.

Have been leasing a storage unit from RightSpace Storage for nearly 3 years and Dawn has been fabulous!! She helped me find the perfect unit for our changing needs, was very h e lpful anytime I had a question or concern. Help me conquer the online payment process for when I was traveling and was just so very personable and professional. We will be moving to TN in the near future and I will honestly feel I'm leaving a friend behind at RightSpace. I hope the Corporate Office realizes the valuable asset they have with Dawn being the only face of the Company I've ever known! She is truly a GEM in today's business culture! Thank you, RightSpace and especially, Dawn.

When I called RightSpace I wasn't sure what size, shape or how long I needed a storage unit I would need.nDawn answered the phone. She was very polite and knowledgeable.nShe helped me understand what type of unit that would fit my furniture.nShe explain my options with paying month to month. Or paying with electronic withdrawal. She made me feel comfortable, not rushed.nI called back a couple times that day with other questions. Yet she didn't get frustrated or angry. That is very hard to come by now a days. I was happy to schedule my move in date and meet Dawn. She is very helpful and kind.nThank you
