I can’t say enough about this place. Rick was absolutely amazing! I brought my car in for 2 new tires and an alignment. I called back after getting the alignment and mentioned that I still felt the car pulling I brought the car back and Rick took it for a drive with me. He explained everything he was feeling and had the guts look at my car again to make sure everything was done correctly. I can’t say enough about him. He’s customer service skills are exceptional! I HIGHLY recommend this place!
My TPMS light came on so I stopped in at 4:30 just to have that issue checked. I was aware they closed at 6:00 p.m.& they offered to check it out by that time. I also needed two tires but expected to return another time for those. They had the tires I needed in stock & ended up fixing the TPMS problem and putting on the new tires, all by 5:30!nnVery impressive...which is why I will keep going back!
They try to force you into buying 4 snow tires. I have been using 2 for 20 years on my rear drive vehicle. Go to other places tires are cheaper and they will do what the customer wants. Save the reply about safety is your concern...your concern is trying to make more money off people. Do not step foot in this place unless you don't care about how much money you can save elsewhere!!!
They was fast and on point,Service was awsome!!! Very nice people.
Prices are high and they tried to act like they know more then u especially when u went to school for it and add more on to things even tho it's not needed
