I live that I don't have to get out of my car so I can bring my dog. They are always friendly, professional and polite. I have never had any issues with the work or people.

Very convenient fully drive-thru service for an oil change. Quick, friendly, and professional service. Adam was especially awesome! I will absolutely be back to this location.

I never write reviews, but when the customer service and experience goes this smooth, I feel obligated. I actually always go to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes just out of habit, but for some reason today I went to Valvoline. I’m pretty practical, I don’t expect exceptional service when getting my oil change ...... BUT that changed today. I believe his name was Adam, he helped me out and was just ridiculously kind!! Not something I’m use to at an oil change establishment. And on top of that, he showed me my air filter (I pretended to be ignorant) and he could have easily tried to upscale me on one, but he didn’t. He just said “Probably after the next oil change you might want to replace that.” No pressure, no bait and switch, nothing but excellent service.nnAnd you sit in your car while they do it, which felt kinda cool, like I was really being taken care of. I don’t know, but I never had such a pleasant oil change experience e like that before.nnThanks guys!! A little bit of kindness goes a long way!! Keep it up, I’m definitely coming back.
