Every time I have been here, the staff have been really nice and it's always been a pleasant experience, especially since I've recently been to coffee places with less-than-stellar customer service. The coffee is good and some of their energy drinks are really cool looking. They have a mobile app that makes paying really simple too. The only downside is the drive-thru can be pretty long at certain hours.
I honestly love Aroma Joes they normally do a good job. But lately there’s been a lot of younger new kids working there and my coffee has been wrong every time. I feel like they’re making them how they would drink it and it’s getting increasingly frustrating to have a simple order come out almost undrinkable and the opposite of what I asked for. I might have to find a new place so I’m not paying for a watered down cup of iced milk. They’re all nice and friendly kids but I just can’t keep wasting time and money. Also their cinnamon chip muffins are the best ones and they never have any! :(
This location is always running out of things like cinnamon rolls and many times they can'f follow basic instructions like including a napkin or a knife when ordered bagels and cream cheese. They are always understaffed and you always see cars pulling in then out because of tyhe long waits. The coffee is marginal at best
The girls there are amazing and fun, they always make your drink perfectly.
Good and pleasant service, average price compared to other coffee shops.
