I was cashing a check at the drive thru for $500.00 and when I drove away it was only $200.00. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. They made good on it for me but still it’s a good thing I checked right away!
Time to open the lobby up. Waiting in the drive thru for 30 mins in unacceptable.
Great people inside and in drive thru window, however the drive thru ATM is unavailable more than available for use and it’s pretty frustrating to say the least. And the ATM was just upgraded to a brand new one.
ATM system for this whole bank system is jacked. Its literally always broken, misreads deposits, or flat out takes your money and never deposits it... Not at all an exaggerating saying 80% of the times I've tried to use the ATM it is broken or messes up and I've gone to three different locations to try and make deposits problems occur at all of them. Its a joke. I highly suggest staying far and clear..
