Great place! Clean facility and easy access for loading in and out.
At first the customer service and place seem great but as you slowly continue to utilize this facility you find out it’s extremely overpriced and doesn’t really cater to consumers. No bathrooms for customers and no use of trash disposal. Large dumpster is for show, I’m from out of state and trying to move into my new apartment from the storage unit almost two hours away and I had one small bag of trash and a few boxes I needed to throw away, but they wouldn’t allow it. So now I have to store trash in my unit so I can get my necessities to my apartment. That really sucks, couldn’t even make a one time exception. I wonder how many other people have to store their trash here.
We needed controlled storage while moving household goods. Bluebird Self Storage in Hooksett was a perfect and convenient way to keep our valuables safe. Price and promotions were great and payment is easy. Everyone was amazing! Thank you to Willy for great customer service. We will be back.
I have never been so happy with a storage unit! The facility is spotless, the prices are reasonable and the staff is incredibly helpful! Everyone I encountered today went above and beyond to make my experience as easy as possible. I highly recommend this location!
