Chicken was dry from being under heating lamps. Store was closing at 4:00PM and we were there about 3:00PM so I'm sure they had all ready cooked all the chicken they were going to cook, they were just keeping warm what they had left. All the skin was dark brown and very unappealing looking.

Ordered a 12 piece bucket of wings and thighs. They put 3 wings and 2 thighs on top of the pile. Underneath was all breast. 3rd time it’s happened. 3 strikes. You’re out.

My food is fine. This place deserves more stars than what they have been given. The 5 star system is rigged. No one is going to post a review unless they had a very, very poor experience. The workers are doing their best. Some customers need to relax. These people are being paid between $8-10 per hour, working their buts off, disrespected and screamed at. Do you really think any of these workers control over the prices? Of course not! And if you can't afford fast food, then you can afford to cook and eat at home. Its not fair that customers are coming here with poor attitudes. If someone makes a mistake, then big deal. Fast food mistakes are easily fixable. So please stop crying about your third world problems, you all sound ridiculous. Have a great day!

They need a new manager...got chicken was mushy...went back and they replaced it with mushy chicken..plenty of better chicken joints around

After waiting 25 min. Or more in line I found the food to be disgusting. I couldn't even eat it as the chicken was undercooked and the mac and cheese was like rubber. I had to throw out the food. I usually live Kentucky Fried Chicken but this meal was a complete turn off.
